Terms & Policies

Section 1: Code of Conduct & Table Rules

The following rules apply to all players across all campaigns and events.

1. Table Inclusivity & Respect

My tables are strictly safe spaces. There is a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or harassment of any kind.

2. Age Requirement

Unless specifically booked as a private family/minor event, all public campaigns require players to be 18 years of age or older due to the mature themes and tactical combat present in standard tabletop roleplaying.

3. Strikes, Bans, and Dismissal Without Refund

I utilize a "Three Strike" system for minor disruptions (e.g., repeatedly talking over others or consistent uncommunicated lateness). However, any severe violation of the Inclusivity & Respect policy will result in immediate removal from the session. If you are removed from a game for violating the Code of Conduct, you forfeit your right to any refunds for that session.

4. Intellectual Property & Media

All homebrew lore, custom mechanics, and original maps provided during the session remain the intellectual property of Lucy Moon. Recording or streaming of sessions by players is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Game Master and all players at the table.

Section 2: Individual Player Campaigns

These policies govern standard weekly campaigns and public one-shots.

1. Booking & Subscription

Players secure their seat via a weekly Stripe subscription. You will have access to a secure customer portal to manage payment methods or cancel your subscription at any time.

2. The 24-Hour Rule (Cancellations)

If you need to skip a session or cancel, you must notify me at least 24 hours before game time. With 24 hours' notice, your subscription for that week will be credited to the next session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be charged, as it does not leave time to rebalance encounters or fill the seat.

3. No-Shows & Lateness

We start promptly. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, you must notify the table. If you are significantly late without communicating, or if you fail to show up entirely, you will be charged for the reserved seat. Repeated no-shows will result in removal from the campaign.

4. Cancelled Sessions (By DM)

If last-minute drops force me to cancel the session entirely, or if I experience an emergency, the players who showed up on time will never be charged.

Section 3: Corporate & Private Events (B2B)

These policies govern bespoke B2B team-building sessions and custom private hires.

1. Booking & Deposits

Once event details are finalized via consultation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date on my calendar. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the event.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Because custom events require extensive bespoke preparation:

  • 14+ Days Notice: You may reschedule your event with no penalty.
  • 7 to 13 Days Notice: Cancellations will forfeit the 50% deposit, but no further charges will apply.
  • Less than 7 Days Notice: Cancellations are strictly non-refundable. Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the event.

Section 4: Legal & Jurisdiction

Lucy Moon Tabletop is operated from Piedmont, Italy. By booking a seat or submitting a deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Art. 52-59), consumers generally possess a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, pursuant to the exceptions outlined in the Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Therefore, all bookings are final and subject only to the 24-hour cancellation rules outlined in Sections 2 and 3 above.

2. Acceptance of Terms

In accordance with Article 1326 of the Italian Civil Code, the completion of an online booking or the payment of an invoice constitutes legally binding acceptance of these terms. Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the user explicitly accepts the clauses regarding the limitation of liability, non-refundable deposits, and forfeiture of refunds due to Code of Conduct violations.
